Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago is one of 200 affiliates nationwide whose mission is "To improve the homes and neighborhoods of elderly, disabled and low income so that they may continue to live in warmth, safety and comfort."  This Chicago-based team did a phenomenal  job with three projects this past quarter for the Ray Graham Association.

Transportation of volunteers, breakfast, lunch, snacks and materials for the project are funded by the volunteer corporation and acquired and delivered by the “Rebuilding Together” team.  The three projects include 80 volunteers from HSBC who painted in Homes 1, 2 and 5 at the Specialized Living Center in Addison and beautifully landscaped the circle drive with colorful mums, hostas and fresh mulch as part of their International Day of Service; 25

Kellogg’s Company volunteered for three consecutive days to paint the complete interior of Hale Community Integrated Living Arrangement.

In addition to volunteering their time and energy, all of these corporations donated the supplies necessary for successful completion on each and every project.
